Frank Wolferd

The Merrillville and South Bend offices of Blackburn Romey are home to Attorney Frank Wolferd. He originally received his bachelor’s degree in 2005 from Indiana University and received a paralegal studies certificate from Roosevelt University in 2006.

For Frank Wolferd, practicing law began not in a courtroom but on the front lines of case preparation — he spent years as a litigation paralegal before ever arguing a case himself. That hands-on experience shapes how he practices today: methodical, detail-driven, and unwilling to walk into a case without having done the groundwork first for his clients. This preparation allows Frank to be a strong advocate for his clients to get the results that they deserve for their injuries.

Based out of Blackburn Romey’s Merrillville and South Bend offices, Frank is a dedicated advocate for Hoosiers and their families who have been injured or lost a loved one. Frank understands that other’s negligence can turn a person’s life upside down and is committed to guiding clients through every step of the legal process with compassion, clear communication, and strong advocacy.
